Description

"Sat Nam means 'truth is my identity' and, as a chant, is used to stop mind chatter by creating a rhythm that produces higher consciousness." www.experiencefestival.com

My winter in Nelson has been one of finding personal truths.

Shedding layers and looking at myself.

This is not always easy, but it is always necessary. While on this path, I have discovered Kundalini Yoga and a most wonderful teacher.

Many of my lessons and much of my giggle-fest bonding have been shared with her. My soul thanks you JamieLeigh.

So for this mix, I am dedicating to all those who are searching for truth as their identity.

Sat Nam.

I found your "sat nam" mix through a post that you made in the psy dub tribe. I'm listening to it right now, it's gorgeous. thank you for the music. Truth.

Norris, I've been loving your Sat Nam mix, thanx for creating such a delicious musical blend, it's being loved and appreciated, nourishing me in these cold Mtl days.. What's the track that starts trickling in around 29:15 with the beeautiful female vocals, and culminates around 33:00 bursting into pure beautiousness that could make your heart explode? and then the one right after that too "it wasn't you who set me free...", I remember you playing that one at Intention. Both great trax. Oh God all of it, I love it (I'm listening to it right now) - THANK YOU!! Helen

Dear Nori, Thank you SOOOOOOOOO much! Since I found this a few days ago, I've been playing it non-stop! It makes me so happy. Some of it takes me right back to Burning Man and sun rise over the playa, shaking my ass to the Mutaytor. Happy times!!!!! You've made me a very very happy girl. I hope you'll be at Shambala, spinning the upbeat vibes! :) I hope Calgary is being good to you (i'm in Vancouver). Thanks again! Anne, the SpaceKitty

Namaste brother Nori, The new mix is (so far at 16:11) awesome - I'm reading a novel right now about Japanese amas, pearl skin diving women, and the watery beginning had me thinking in seal. Then it got slowly very resolute, transformed. Still riding that wave - love it, from Shannon aka epicmama
