November at Journeys - Kundalini Dance Temple with Leyolah Antara
Kundalini Dance is a transformational dance form designed for people of all ages and fitness levels to activate their inner healer, rejuvenate the body and initiate positive life changes through the medium of ecstatic dance. Sensual, dynamic and trance-inducing, participants journey through the chakras, generating the potent healing energy within to release emotional stress and enhance life.
To be ecstatic is to embody love. This evening is an invitation to open to the fullness of love within and dance in wild abandon to set your spirit free. To dance ecstatically is to celebrate your full presence and aliveness here and now. We will be dancing with the intention to dissolve our separate ego identity and dance to let go of all that holds us back from being in the full presence of the love that we are. We dance as a practice of spiritual devotion, to cultivate and share our radiant hearts with our community.
Leyolah Antara is a dance shaman, a transformational alchemist, a technician of ecstasy, a midwife for the soul's emergence into all it can be. She is guided by a passion to support the awakening of humanity and the rebirth of Gaia at this time. Her work is deep and life changing, her heart is huge, her experience vast. Her work is a synthesis of chakra healing, dance therapy, transpersonal psychology, breathwork, sound healing and tantra. She has been teaching and developing Kundalini Dance both nationally and internationally for the past 15years.
