Bio
Ben Cosman (Ben Rama) began his musical path early in life, with classical piano and musical theory providing the foundation. After years of playing bass guitar in punk and metal bands on both Canadian coasts, he found his true calling on the dusty warehouse dancefloors of Calgary - quality dance music.
After several years of producing in his bedroom for fun, Ben decided to take his game up a notch and enrolled in a Recording Arts program, where he learned the more technical aspects of the craft. Immediately upon graduation, he headed to Montreal to immerse himself in the culture.
In late 2010 he released his debut EP on Drumlore (Ektoplazm's techno sub-label), The Invisible Kingdom, which to date has over 13k downloads, and has recieved tremendous support from the community and DJs across the globe.
Ben toured his live set for a couple of years, having played small parties and large fesivals alike. He has since moved back to his native province of New Brunswick, where the slower pace of life allows his more time to dedicate to production and honing his live act. He is currently working on his 2nd EP, which is due out on _______ in _________.
