:meta:
This is a non-profit event aimed at making itself sustainable, and requires all participants to look individually at how they give and receive energy. This means contributing to the event in a manner that creates harmony, joy, and fairness, rather than creating extra burdens. Usually these “extra burdens” fall upon the hands of the central organizers, creating extra physical, financial, and emotional debt. Remember we do this because we all love to and want to! Each individual has the opportunity at this gathering to help shape and define this celebration. As your experience unfolds, find ways to enliven the experience of others. Whether it is offering a hand for a short while, helping someone be more comfortable or engaging in the set up or cleaning of the venue, each of these exchanges brings more light to the amazing creatures you are dancing alongside.
:the potluck:
We intend on creating a magnificent potluck. Please bring an item of your liking to share! Please list all ingredients and indicate if the dish is vegetarian, vegan, gluten free etc. Food will be distributed throughout the course of the night to ensure there is nourishment in the wee hours of the night. You are also responsible for washing your own dishes and cutlery.
